Sales Management Trainee (Open for Fresh Grads)

Job Description:

  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on graphic design and events.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar.
  • Event planning experience (virtual or in-person) with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Mature, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Supervise and support junior accounting staff.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis.
Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 to 10 years of sales experience.
  • Graduate of any Engineering Course.
  • Proven experience in enterprise or technical solution selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with excellent account management.
  • Knowledge of ICT, telco, or power system operations (required).
  • Project and sales management skills.
  • Preferably with a valid driver’s license and familiarity with the local industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (including C-level).
  • Conduct client needs analysis to match solutions with business requirements.
  • Develop customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Manage the entire sales process and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and account performance.
